Greg Thompson which could sound strange to the new age that know him as St. Greg but Greg Thompson was actually his individual stage name in his days as the lead singer of the renowned reggae group of the 90s.

The New Waves (dready boys) who took Nigeria Music scene by storm, selling over 2m copies of their debut album Yardstick which has the hit track Dready Boys Hit.

About 20 years down the line, he shrugged off all distractions & bounced back into music scene, now as a gospel minister touching & changing lives around the world. St. Greg has released over 10 gospel songs which includes Have Your Way; Stop Violence, Spirit & Life; East wind (rendered with The New Waves), etc & had worked with respected gospel ministers like TSharp, Kasid, TAK, Iyke Onka amongst others.

He is presently working on different songs with the well respected gospel song producer, Kelly Lyon, making giant strides, building the kingdom of God.
